Process and Governance Structure

The assessment will be guided by a Steering Committee, confirmed by Provost Jonathan Wickert. Members of the committee are:

MindWiresThe Steering Committee has engaged an independent consulting firm, MindWires (www.mindwires.com), to assist in the assessment. The consultants will assist the committee through various activities, including:

  • Gather data via one-on-one interviews with administrators and key stakeholders
  • Conduct focus groups with faculty, staff and students to collect their input
  • Conduct a campus-wide survey of faculty, staff and students
  • Conduct workshops with the Steering Committee and selected stakeholders to provide background information on national trends
  • Provide a summary report
