  • Continue one-on-one interviews with key stakeholders, including Deans of the colleges
  • With input from the Deans and Faculty Senate, identify Representative Committee members and establish group.
  • Develop a communication plan for the assessment
  • Background data collection
  • Present an on-campus workshop for the LEARN Steering Committee and selected participants: 
    • The current state of the Learning Management System market
    • National online learning trends
  • Plan for Fall focus groups with faculty, staff and students

September/October 2013

  • Conduct focus groups with faculty, staff and students
  • Conduct a survey of faculty, staff and students 
  • Meet with existing university groups and committees as appropriate
  • Present a second workshop on educational technology issues to a broad campus audience (topics to be determined based on feedback from first workshop)

November 2013

  • Present assessment findings and recommendations for next steps
